Continuing education built from the treatment room, not the textbook.
Shine Well Continuing Education was created for massage therapists who believe that learning never really stops — it just keeps evolving, the same way our hands and awareness evolve with every client we work on.
Grow your practice, one course at a time.

Table stretching is one of the most effective ways to restore range of motion and ease tension — but adding compression takes it to another level. This hands-on course teaches a 30-technique sequence that pairs assisted stretching with targeted compression, helping clients access a deeper release than stretching alone can offer.
You'll learn techniques organized by body region, moving through:
- Supine (face-up) lower body
- Supine upper body
- Neck
- Prone (face-down) lower body
- Prone upper body
These techniques are versatile by design — they can be used fully clothed for a complete stretch session, or incorporated into a deep tissue or Swedish massage with proper draping, making them easy to fold into the sessions you're already offering.
Each technique is designed to be practical and immediately usable — no special equipment required beyond your table and your hands. Whether you work with athletes, chronic tension clients, or anyone who could use more ease in their body, this course will expand your toolkit with techniques you can start using with your very next client.
By the end of this course, you'll walk away with 30 new techniques, a clear sequencing framework for full-body stretch sessions, and the confidence to blend compression and stretching in a way that feels intuitive rather than forced.

Cancellation and refund policy
Refunds will be available to any student who needs to withdraw from the workshop for any reason within 15 days of the class, minus a $10 cancellation fee. This fee increases to one half of the class fee for cancelling less than 15 days before the class. Any cancellation fee can apply as a discount toward attending a future class that is within one year of the original workshop date. A no-show without prior notice will result in forfeiting the entire class fee.
If you're feeling sick prior to the class, please cancel for our mutual wellness, and use the above discount to join us when you're feeling better!
In the unlikely event that the class must be cancelled entirely, you will receive a full refund for class fees, and you agree not to hold me responsible for any other expenses.
Payment policy
Payment may be made in full, or in two equal deposits. If you pay with a deposit, keep an eye out for an email 2 weeks prior to class to finalize the second payment.
What do I need to bring?
An email will be sent out upon registration for the class listing what is required, as it will change per location being used and class being taught.
Who will I be working on?
Students will work on each other in pairs or triads, and I'll walk you through each and every sequence. You don't need to bring anyone or sign up with a buddy.
I do count on us having the same number of givers and receivers for every trade, so if you are unable to receive work, you can bring a friend or colleague to work on (just let me know about this in advance). You can always choose to sit out of any trade and simply observe.
Are there notes? PowerPoint slides?
No PowerPoints, and you are not required to take any notes. You will be given a printed-out manual of each lesson we go over in the class. It is yours to keep and use forever!
Why is there a cancellation fee?
Because my classes are so small, any cancellation can lead to a substantial amount of work in the best case, and to lost opportunities for another student who could have attended in the worst case. Just know that I do understand that withdrawals are sometimes necessary, and I hope you use the resulting discount to join us when you can.
